Ingredients:
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup whipped cream
Lime zest and toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix until well blended and slightly thickened.
2. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded sweetened coconut.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
5. Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top of the pie. Garnish with lime zest and toasted coconut flakes.
