Slow Cooker Italian Beef – use your crock pot to make these super tender Italian Beef Sandwiches. Cooks all day in great spices, for a tender and flavorful dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 pound Beef Chuck Roast
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 packages Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.Â
- In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Pour over beef roast.Â
- Cover and set on low for 8-10 hours.Â
- Shred and serve on buns

You can freeze the leftovers, and reheat in the crockpot, microwave, or stovetop later.
